3. Data Collected on Visit (Server Logs)
When you access our landing pages, our web server automatically collects and stores the following data in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of the request
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Requested page/resource
This data is necessary to deliver the website content correctly and to ensure the security of our IT systems. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Server log data is automatically deleted after 7 days.
4. Hosting
Our landing pages are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany (EU region eu-central-1). AWS acts as a data processor on our behalf. A Data Processing Agreement is in place in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Your data is stored exclusively within the European Union.
5. Contact Requests
If you contact us via email or a contact form, the data you provide (e.g., name, email address, message content) will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry).
Contact data will be deleted once the inquiry has been fully resolved, unless retention is required by law.
6. Cookies
Our landing pages use only technically necessary cookies that are essential for the functioning of the website. These cookies do not require your consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
We do not use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies.
7. Analytics and Profiling
We do not use any analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Meta Pixel, or similar services). We do not perform any profiling or automated decision-making as defined by Art. 22 GDPR.
8. Fonts
The "Lato" font is hosted on our own servers. No requests to Google Fonts or other third-party font providers are made when you visit our pages.
9. YouTube Links
Some pages link to videos on our YouTube channel. The thumbnail previews on those pages are cached on our own servers, so visiting our pages does not transmit any data to YouTube/Google. Only when you actively click a thumbnail and follow the link to youtube.com does Google receive your data; this is governed by Google's privacy policy.
10. SSL/TLS Encryption
Our landing pages use SSL/TLS encryption (recognizable by "https://" in the browser address bar) to protect the transmission of data between your browser and our servers. This prevents third parties from intercepting data during transmission.
